I’ve spent the last decade working in higher education, with a focus on helping students navigate their academic and career journeys with confidence and purpose. Before stepping into this role in Career Design & Exploration, I served as Director of the Student Enrichment Center at JU, where I led a team committed to supporting student persistence, academic success, and holistic well-being. My career path has also included roles in residence life, career advising, internship program management, and organizational development at institutions like the University of Michigan and Syracuse University. 

I’m passionate about creating meaningful career education experiences that meet students where they are—whether they’re exploring possibilities or preparing for life after graduation. I hold a master’s degree in Higher Education from Syracuse University and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Educational Technology at Central Michigan University. I’m currently completing my dissertation on the ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence in supporting college students’ career readiness.

I am a proud Double Dolphin, having earned both my B.B.A in Accounting and M.B.A in Accounting and Finance here at СÀ¶ÊÓƵ. JU was my home away from home, and a university that truly allowed me to learn and grow; not just academically but professionally and personally as well. As a student I was involved in Student Government, Club Soccer, Study Abroad, Internships, Careers, and more!  While in grad school I served as the Career Department Graduate Assistant, and instantly grew my passion for assisting students and alumni in embracing and growing their professional development skills. 

As Assistant Director of Career Design & Exploration I am given the opportunity to utilize my experiences as a JU Dolphin, background in the field of Business, and prior roles under Academic Affairs to assist students in preparing for their future career.

I am a recent graduate of William & Mary where I was a member of the Women’s Basketball team and earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Inside and outside of the classroom I was involved in research labs, community outreach, and mental health advocacy! I am a second-year master's student at СÀ¶ÊÓƵ in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program. While in grad school, I am now serving as both the Career Design & Exploration Graduate Assistant and a CMHC Graduate Assistant. Attending JU has been an amazing experience so far, and I am happy to have been given the opportunity to work with students. 

My future career aspirations consist of working as a Counseling Psychologist with justice-involved youth and/or trauma. But, as the Graduate Assistant of Career Design & Exploration, I have discovered a new passion of assisting students in their career development and preparation.
